FMI Chemical provides non-metallic components in jet engines to original equipment manufacturers and to the overhaul and repair market, tested to customer specifications.

Through our proprietary processes, our chemists provide added customization and services that original manufacturers are unable to offer, particularly for smaller batches of materials. Our lab technicians filter and de-aerate to remove air that could cause problematic bubbles or blisters, then perform a range of tests in our cutting edge testing lab to ensure that the product meets customer specification.

We also offer a valuable recertification program that recertifies existing stock to extend shelf life at no cost to our customers. This program removes shelf life concerns and offers customers the opportunity to continue to use their materials when products go out of shelf life. FMI Chemical tests and recertifies the product, assigning a new useful date in compliance with customers' specifications.

Meeting delivery dates is crucial for jet engine manufacturers, with delays driving up costs and causing production line backlog.
